Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, updating, and operational activities in Nway ERP. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely and error-free data updates in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform daily data entry and update records in Nway ERP.
  2. Manage and maintain project, purchase, material, vendor, employee, and other operational data as required.
  3. Enter and update Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Indents, Material Receipts, Issues, Stock, and related transactions.
  4. Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Store, HR, Project, and other departments for ERP-related entries.
  5. Verify data and ensure accuracy before submitting transactions.
  6. Generate and maintain ERP reports as required by management.
  7. Track pending entries and ensure timely completion of ERP-related tasks.
  8. Maintain proper documentation and records related to ERP transactions.
  9. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
  10. Provide basic support to users for routine Nway ERP operations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company/project information.
  12. Perform any other ERP/data-entry-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

  1. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Nway ERP.
  2. Good knowledge of ERP-based data entry and transaction processing.
  3. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  4. Good typing and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
  6. Good coordination and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  8. Experience in construction/infrastructure/project-based companies will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having hands-on experience with Nway ERP modules related to Tender, Purchase, Store, Inventory, Projects, Vendors, Correspondence, Work Orders, and Accounts coordination will be preferred.
